Yoga•Plants•Thoughts was born from lived experience — from years of practice, healing, unlearning, and remembering what it means to live in relationship with the body, the breath, and the unseen.

Hi, I’m Lauren

Rooted in Practice

My work is rooted in lived experience, formal training, and years of devotion to embodied practice.

I am a yoga teacher, integration guide, and the founder of Yoga•Plants•Thoughts, and of Seraphaya — a spiritual community centered on ethical ceremony, integration, and conscious relationship with the sacred. My role has always lived at the intersection of structure and intuition: honoring tradition while remaining responsive to the lived reality of the human nervous system.

Yoga, breathwork, ritual, and daily devotional practices are not tools I apply — they are practices I live. Alongside these foundations, I work with people navigating profound inner change, including those integrating experiences with plant sacraments, trauma healing, and spiritual awakening.

I don’t believe healing happens through technique alone. It happens through relationship — with the body, with breath, with truth, and with the rhythms that make change sustainable.

My work creates space for grounding insight into daily life, restoring trust in the self, and learning how to live in integrity with what has been revealed.
