Embodying Your Breath
This workshop is an experiential exploration of breath practices designed to increase energy, focus, and presence while staying connected to the body and nervous system.
Rather than pushing the body into overstimulation, we’ll explore how breath can be used intentionally to create sustainable energy, mental clarity, and emotional movement throughout the day.
Together, we’ll experience several activating breath practices, including:
Bellows Breath for energy and mental alertness
Breath of Joy for emotional uplift and movement
Stimulating Breath Ratios for focus and clarity
Energizing Three-Part Breath for fuller breathing and embodiment
Throughout the workshop, we’ll explore the difference between true activation and nervous system overwhelm — learning how to work with the body instead of against it.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use when feeling sluggish, disconnected, mentally foggy, or in need of a grounded energetic reset.
