The chakras are often talked about, but far less often experienced.
In this workshop, we’ll briefly explore the seven primary chakras—their traditional meanings, how they may show up in your life, and common signs of balance or imbalance. Rather than getting lost in theory, we’ll spend the majority of our time moving beyond information and into direct experience.
Each chakra will be explored through a dedicated practice, weaving together movement, breath, meditation, awareness, and reflection so you can begin to feel these energy centers for yourself.
Whether you’re new to chakra work or looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop offers a grounded, practical approach that you can continue integrating long after our time together.
You’ll leave with:
A clear understanding of the seven primary chakras
Practices you can continue using at home
A deeper connection to your body, breath, and inner awareness
A felt experience of the chakras—not just an intellectual understanding of them

A handstand is so much more than balancing upside down—it’s a practice of strength, awareness, patience, and trust.
Whether you’re working toward your very first handstand or looking to refine your existing practice, this workshop will help you build the foundation that makes handstands feel stronger, safer, and more accessible.
Together, we’ll explore yoga-based drills, mobility work, alignment, and strength-building exercises designed to develop the body awareness and stability needed for an efficient handstand. You’ll also learn holds and conditioning techniques that you can continue practicing long after the workshop ends.
This is not about forcing the pose—it’s about developing the body and mind that make the pose possible.
You’ll leave with:
A stronger understanding of handstand alignment
Yoga-based drills to build strength and body awareness
Mobility and stability exercises to support your practice
A personalized foundation you can continue developing at home
No previous handstand experience is required. Beginners are welcome, and experienced practitioners will receive refinements and progressions appropriate to their current practice.
