The Body Remembers: An Introduction to the Chakras

$25.00

📅 Date: Wednesday, March 4

Time: 7:00–8:30 PM (ET)

📍 Location: Live on Zoom (link sent after registration)

The Body Remembers is a foundational workshop exploring the chakra system through an integrative, trauma-informed lens.

Drawing from Eastern Body, Western Mind, this workshop introduces the chakras not simply as energy centers, but as maps of lived experience—reflecting early development, survival strategies, emotional patterns, and the ways the nervous system adapts to the world.

Each chakra will be explored through:

  • its core themes and developmental foundations

  • common challenges, imbalances, and protective patterns

  • how these patterns may show up in the body, relationships, and sense of self

  • a simple, experiential practice to support awareness and balance

Rather than focusing on “fixing” or transcending the body, this workshop emphasizes listening—learning how awareness creates choice, and how integration happens through presence.

This offering is well-suited for those new to the chakra system, as well as practitioners seeking a grounded, psychologically informed framework that honors both the body and the mind.

The teachings in this workshop are inspired by Eastern Body, Western Mind by Anodea Judith. Participants are welcome to purchase the book as an optional companion resource, though it is not required to participate fully.
