📅 Date: Wednesday, August 5th
⏰ Time: 7:00–8:30 PM (ET)
The chakras are often talked about, but far less often experienced.
In this workshop, we’ll briefly explore the seven primary chakras—their traditional meanings, how they may show up in your life, and common signs of balance or imbalance. Rather than getting lost in theory, we’ll spend the majority of our time moving beyond information and into direct experience.
Each chakra will be explored through a dedicated practice, weaving together movement, breath, meditation, awareness, and reflection so you can begin to feel these energy centers for yourself.
Whether you’re new to chakra work or looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop offers a grounded, practical approach that you can continue integrating long after our time together.
You’ll leave with:
A clear understanding of the seven primary chakras
Practices you can continue using at home
A deeper connection to your body, breath, and inner awareness
A felt experience of the chakras—not just an intellectual understanding of them
