Embodied Healing: A Guided Book Study is a space for those who are ready to move beyond understanding—and into integration.

Using Eastern Body, Western Mind as our framework, we will explore the chakra system through a psychological and embodied lens. This work connects early life experiences, conditioning, and the patterns we still carry in the body today.

Each month, we’ll focus on a new section of the book, taking the time to actually work with what we’re reading—not just move through it.

Together, we’ll:

  • Explore the emotional and developmental themes connected to each chakra

  • Recognize how these patterns show up in real time

  • Use guided reflection, simple practices, and conversation to deepen awareness

  • Stay with the process long enough for something meaningful to shift

This is a minimum six-month commitment, because this kind of work requires consistency. Not intensity. Not rushing. Time and presence.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You just need to be willing to show up, stay honest, and listen to your body.

This space is for those who are ready to stop skimming the surface—and begin working with what’s underneath.
